Last updated: 10.05.2025

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services offered by Claro Web Studio, operated by Claudia Maria Goga Persoană Fizică Autorizată ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services

We offer web design and development services, primarily using platforms such as Squarespace, Unbounce and Instapage. The scope, timeline, and cost of each project will be agreed upon before work begins and documented in a written proposal or agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing clear written requirements, timely feedback, and any necessary content (text, images, branding assets, etc.). Delays in client communication may result in extended timelines.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit is required to begin work (minimum of 25% of the total project value), with the remaining balance due upon project completion, unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be specified in the proposal. Payments can be made via bank transfer or other approved methods.

4. Revisions & Feedback

We include a limited number of revisions (usually 1–2 rounds) per project, unless otherwise agreed upon. Major changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received, the client owns the rights to the final website design and content (excluding third-party elements like fonts or plugins). Claro Web Studio retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing.

6. Project Timelines

We strive to deliver work within the estimated timeframe. However, timelines may shift due to scope changes or delayed feedback. We’ll always communicate updates proactively.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Clients may cancel a project at any time. However, payments made for completed work or time spent are non-refundable. If we cancel the project for any reason, we will refund any unused portion of your payment.

8. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of your website. We are not responsible for third-party tools, plugins, or service interruptions outside our control.

9. Post-Launch Support

We offer 2 weeks of free support after project completion, to fix bugs or minor issues and make adjustment within the initial scope of the project. Additional support, feature requests or  maintenance can be arranged for an additional fee.
